Read and listen to the news in French, at your level
Reading a real French newspaper can feel impossible when you’re still learning. That’s the gap we wanted to fill. We take current news stories and sort them by level, from A1 for beginners up to C2, so you can always find something you can actually follow. Not so easy that you’re bored, not so hard that you give up halfway through the first sentence.
It’s also just a nicer way to learn. Instead of grinding through word lists, you pick up vocabulary from real articles about politics, culture, sport and everyday life, the way French people actually write it.
For Beginners (A1–A2)
Short, simple stories with everyday words. A good place to start if you’ve never read a full article in French before.
For Intermediate (B1–B2)
Real articles that push you a little. Perfect if you’ve hit that frustrating plateau where you know the grammar but the news still trips you up.
For Advanced (C1–C2)
Full articles with all the nuance, idioms and long sentences left in. For when you want to keep your French sharp with the real thing.
